She advises on mindfulness on TV as well as in schools, to charities, public sector employers and across the corporate world. She is a pioneer of Mindfulness-based RTT in her 1-1 work, transforming clients to quickly overcome fears, addictions, depression and phobias so that they can be more present in their lives.

Her background is in broadcast journalism, and has spent time as a Media Manager, Journalist, Production Manager and Treatment Writer. 

She has attended training to the highest level to become an ‘Advanced Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher’ under the direct tutorage of Zen Master Daizan Roshi. She has .bMiSP Teacher Training qualification through the Mindfulness in Schools Project. In addition she is a qualified RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapist), a ‘Marisa Peer Method Therapist’, and qualified Hypnotherapist accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists. She has a Masters in Broadcast Journalism, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, a 1st Class BA hons in Drama & Media Art. 


She is also Mum to two incredible little people. 



Frances Trussell is a Mindfulness teacher, author, speaker and therapist.


She lives in lovely Hampton Court, just outside London (she’s originally from Essex so you may detect a subtle hint of this in her accent). She is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all and has taught mindfulness meditation to many hundreds of people in a range of settings.

Her client base delights in diversity including high profile stars and CEO’s, builders and stay-at-home parents, school children to mature clients in their 90’s and a vibrant mixture of everyone in-between. Her experience has taught her that whatever stage we are in life, or however we define ourselves, we all face the same human challenges and can help ourselves to have a richer experience through mindfulness.
